Transport around Hakuba

By skijay 4 Mar 2007
Getting to and from the main resorts from Happo is reasonably simple, but you have to be organised. Free shuttle buses run from a few stops around Happo (the stop we used was the Mominoki hotel) to Goryu Escal Plaza, Goryu Iimori station, Hakuba 47, and Iwatake.

On our third day in Hakuba, the snow gods smiled down upon us and we had snow showers for most of the day - not classified as a big dump, but enough for a fine day of boarding.
